As a grocery delivery driver, you start your day at the hub. Start with a cup of coffee with your colleagues, then head out to deliver the most delicious groceries to customers' homes or offices. Of course, you do this safely, on time, and with the best possible service. At your first stop, you discover the elevator isn't working. It's frustrating, but no problem for you. You simply carry the crates filled with groceries up the four floors. At the next stop, a customer has a question about returning items. You know how to answer their question and turn them into fans. After completing your deliveries, you return to the hub and are challenged to a game of table tennis with a colleague. First, you need to unload and tidy up the van, and then take on your colleague's challenge. The work atmosphere at Jumbo can best be described as engaged, friendly, and open. At Jumbo, you have two shifts. The morning shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an average shift length of 6 to 7 hours. The afternoon or evening shift runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with an average shift length of 6 to 7 hours. Jumbo schedules the shifts based on your availability.
